BarreFlow is a high-intensity yet low-impact fitness class combining strength, power, and cardio. This 45-minute class may incorporate hand-weights, ballet-inspired exercises at the barre, isometric movements and finish with Pilates-inspired core strength on your mat. Barre is a barefoot class that is a great addition to any workout, yoga, or training plan, adding total body strength. All ages, sexes, and fitness levels are welcome. Come release your inner athlete!
