You can find Leah teaching dreamy and cozy Slow Flow classes on Saturday Mornings at 8AM! Leah is also a Reiki practitioner and has a passion for building and healing communities through connection.
Leah loves to hike with her dog Weston (especially in Vermont!) and has made over 200 creative and thoughtful yoga playlists - one of her favorite things about teaching yoga!

The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a POWER class will challenge you to step up to your edge and unlock your hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life.
š HOT YOGA: BIKRAM
The original hot yoga series is made up of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This class is done in a heated room to allow the body to stretch safely and effectively.
Each student works to their own ability. The postures improve general mobility by building strength and flexibility as well as improving balance. The goal of the postures is to improve your physical wellbeing enabling you to move freely without limitations or discomfort.
In BIKRAM, The same series of postures are done in each class allowing you to observe the changes in your body and mind from day to day.
