Dive Inside: Yin + Nidra Workshop 🙏
Pause, Witness, Replenish with Laurel on Friday, December 8 at 7 PM ✨
Born out of Taoist Buddhism, Yin yoga targets the connective tissue in the body such as ligaments, fascial tissue and joints utilizing the approach of Chinese acupressure. This method helps open the meridians and improves the energy flow throughout the body. Poses will be held for 2-5 minutes using the support of props.
Yoga Nidra translates to “yogic sleep”. Laurel will guide you through this relaxation as you rest in savasana. This powerful technique allows you to learn how to relax consciously by finding the state that exists between sleep and wakefulness.

Las Brisas De Nosara is a unique two house compound on one of the largest lots in the absolute best location of Guiones Beach, Nosara. This chic Nosara beach house is a two minute walk to the entrance of Guinoes Beach (with surfboard in hand) and is so close to the beach you can hear the surf at night.
The compound’s unique location allows you to walk everywhere (though it is fun to rent an ATV to get around and go father afield) including restaurants, surf shops, massages and everything else that Playa Giones has to offer. There is zip lining down the road in Nosara and fishing charters 10 minutes away in Playa Garza.

Join us for an ecstatic evening of kirtan, meditation through music, with Soma, an amazing blend of artists/musicians from New Jersey. Drumbeats, harmonium, mantra chanting, healing sounds + awesome vibes will wash over you as we join together in the community.
SOMA is composed of a group of musicians from central New Jersey, coming together to create eclectic devotional music.
Inspired by many different schools of kirtan, SOMA builds on this traditional framework to incorporate amplified instrumentation and other added components to create an entirely new sonic experience. Approaching this project from many areas of study and practice, SOMA comes together to offer these sounds to the divinity in all.

Dustin’s classes are strong and light-hearted. He likes to challenge his students through physical practice while encouraging them to stay humble, laugh and have fun. His goal in teaching is to “make the impossible possible” for all bodies, ages and skill levels; even if that means giving something new a try and having a good time. In his classes you will likely practice pranayama, chant + sometimes, if you’re lucky, get to hear an epic story.
Dustin inspires others to take a different approach to their lives and their practices. He is living proof that change is not only possible, but can be fun and exciting. Dustin is forever grateful for this practice of yoga.

In Meg’s classes, you can expect to break a sweat as you move through dynamic sequences in an environment that is fun and inviting. While the physical aspect of the practice is important, Meg also encourages her students to dive deep into self-study, exploring the mind-body connection and cultivating self-awareness.
As a highly regarded teacher, Meg has been leading teacher trainings since 2015. Her expertise and guidance have shaped the journeys of over 200 local teachers, earning her the reputation as the “teachers’ teacher” in the Capital Region. Her commitment to sharing her knowledge and empowering others to become skilled instructors is truly inspiring.
In 2015, Meg took her dedication to yoga to the next level by opening her own studio Jai Yoga School with her husband Dustin. This space serves as a sanctuary for students to come together, connect, and deepen their practice. With Meg at the helm, Jai has become a thriving community where individuals can explore the transformative power of yoga in a supportive and nurturing environment.
