With over a decade of experience guiding teacher trainings, our team is here to support you every step of the way. Through in-studio learning, hands-on guidance, and a strong sense of community, this program creates the foundation — your terra firma — for growth on and off the mat.

Led by Meg Allen alongside an incredible group of guest teachers, this is a journey that will shift how you see your practice, yourself, and the world around you.

There’s something powerful about saying yes to your practice — and letting it change you.

Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Terra Firma begins this October at Jai, and it’s so much more than a certification. It’s a deep dive into your practice, your voice, and your path.

Over the course of this training, you’ll learn how to thoughtfully build and lead a Vinyasa class, explore yoga philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, and meditation — all while developing the confidence to teach in a way that feels authentic to you.

With over a decade of experience guiding teacher trainings, our team is here to support you every step of the way. Through in-studio learning, hands-on guidance, and a strong sense of community, this program creates the foundation — your terra firma — for growth on and off the mat.

Led by Meg Allen alongside an incredible group of guest teachers, this is a journey that will shift how you see your practice, yourself, and the world around you.
