I found yoga through my study and practice of martial arts and psychology and have since trained at Pure Warrior Yoga School (200hr) with Meg Horan (formerly Allen) and Life Practice Yoga School (500hr) with Sondra Loring. I approach teaching with a deep respect for philosophy and the lineages of Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga combined with creative and dynamic Vinyasa sequences. My passion for helping people realize and develop their strengths and authentic self is enlivened through yoga.

I have an earnest intention of cultivating steadiness and balance, and meeting each moment deliberately and with increasing ease; part of my love for sharing this practice with fellow yogis. In addition, I enjoy outdoor adventures, singing, and spending time with my husband, dog, and other loved ones.
