This three-week series is designed to help you build the confidence to walk into any class at the studio and feel right at home. Through gentle therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and guided rest, we’ll explore how stress and overwhelm live in the body and how we can work with the nervous system to return to balance. This is a grounding, supportive practice focused on ease, awareness, and regulation — not performance or perfect poses.

Expect a calming, accessible experience that leaves you feeling more settled, clear, and resourced, with tools you can carry into everyday life when things start to feel like too much.

On the 15th, join Jess Padula for a slow, supportive workshop focused on releasing and softening the psoas. Through gentle postures, long-held stretches, and calming breathwork, this practice creates the conditions for the body to let go of chronic holding and tension.

Expect a grounded, floor-based practice with plenty of props, minimal transitions, and a deeply restorative relaxation at the end.

This workshop is perfect if you sit for long periods, experience hip or low-back tension, or simply want to feel more ease and stability in your body.
