Jennifer found her way to yoga through sports as a way to enhance her own strength and flexibility. She completed her 200 hour YTT at Jai Yoga School under Meg and Dustin. Jennifer teaches a range of styles and levels, always offering modifications and options to ensure that individuals of all experience levels and abilities can participate in her classes. She incorporates breath work, mindfulness, balance, and mobility into nearly every class. She especially loves to work with athletes who want to incorporate yoga into their training to improve athletic performance and recovery. Her goal is to make everyone who comes to practice feel like they belong and are welcomed. Jennifer loves being active and doing anything outdoors. When she is not practicing yoga, you’ll find her running, cycling, hiking, and paddleboarding. She also loves to travel, read, and cook. Jennifer is excited and honored to be a part of the Jai Team and grateful to give back to this wonderful community.
