Describe your teaching style in 3 words: Centering · Meditative · Inclusive 

What’s something you hope students feel when they leave your class? I hope they feel grounded in their bodies, supported, and capable. My intention is to help students tune into what their bodies are communicating and take what they need from the practice. Through balance, focus, and intentional movement, the lessons learned on the mat can be carried into the rest of their day.

One fun fact about you that students might not know? I work as a nutritionist, I love to garden and I believe being outside with bare feet can fix just about any bad mood.
