Amy Hedges has been practicing yoga for over a decade and received her 200YTT certification from the Jai Yoga School.
Amy is a nutritionist and reiki master and believes that the mind-spirit-body connection is the root to wellness and wellbeing.
Through mindful, intentional breath and movement, Amy encourages her students to drop down out of their thinking minds into their feeling bodies in order to find balance, center and grounding. She uses yoga herself for physical and emotional healing as well as fostering a sense of steadiness in her life. Coming to the mat is like returning to yourself.
