Erin began to practice Yoga two decades ago, but it wasn’t until 2009 that she found joy in the practice. It was during this time that Yoga allowed her the space for peace and balance during life as a new Mom. She began studying with her teacher in Boston and became certified to teach yoga in 2011. Erin has 16 years of experience in the wellness industry and earned her master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Her approach to teaching has been influenced by her passion for movement, her love for the outdoors and her experiences working with countless inspiring people along the way.
