Warm Vinyasa is a great stepping stone for those new to hot yoga and/or those simply not into Hot Yoga! Expect creative sequences, deliberate instruction and thoughtful intensity to take your discipline, stamina and mental practice to the next level. This class will leave you feeling cleansed, renewed, and full of yogi power to take on any challenge life presents to you. Room heated to approximately 80-85 degrees, a little cooler than a typical hot class but warm enough to prep your muscles for practice.
This is a heated class. Please prepare by bringing water + a towel. Hydrate properly prior to class.
