Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Keli Lalita ✨ FEB 23-25
This training is for yoga teachers and students who would like to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga, which creates a wider understanding of yoga in general. Participants will learn the philosophy and benefits of Yin as well as anatomy, postures, energy lines, teacher-assisted enhancements, and propping. Come learn to embody the benefits of Yin Yoga in both theory and practice! Upon completion, students will receive 15 Yoga Alliance CE hours in Yin Yoga.
