thanks to @outofthepitsrescue + jai’s beloved teacher @sunshineloveyoga we have the opportunity to offer two more sessions of puppy yoga!

Yoga w/ puppies not only offers a sweet space to pet some little wet noses but, is an accessible place for you to move your body and connect to the practice regardless of your experience with yoga. having these sweet creatures can provide a safe space for new and seasoned yogis to relax and find joy in the movement.

please come prepared with a soft touch, an open heart & a respect for the yoga practice that will also be happening!

Allison, a seasoned yogi and Jai teacher provides numerous spiritual practices for her community. With a wide range of offerings including Kundalini, Allison creates a comfortable and accessible atmosphere for everyone to take away something from the practice. With detailed classes that drop you deep into the mind, body & soul, she exudes a uniqueness that takes you beyond the physical postures.

Allison is known among her students to be a vessel of openness to all of reality. Relating the practice to life outside of the studio, providing students with the ability to show up completely themselves, regardless of what they are carrying.
