Slow Flow is a gentle, steady + fluid class that encourages students to move mindfully with their breath and intention. In this class, expect to work on alignment, balance + flexibility; with plenty of modifications provided. You’ll leave this practice feeling grounded and relaxed.
This class is a baby step up from Gentle Yoga. Those of you who have been practicing Gentle will do just fine in our Slow Flow classes. All levels are welcomed!
This is a heated class. Please prepare by bringing water + a full size towel. Hydrate properly prior to class.
