Restorative Yoga gives the body a chance to shift into its parasympathetic nervous system—the “rest and digest” state where healing, recovery, and balance can occur.

Using props to fully support the body, poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing you to soften effort, release tension, and experience deep relaxation. No pushing. No striving. Just space to rest.
