Together, we’ll move through asana and alignment, intelligent sequencing, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, pranayama and meditation, chanting and bhakti, plus the real-world side of teaching. Along the way, we’ll weave in specialty workshops like Ayurveda, restorative, prenatal, and more.

For over a decade, Terra Firma has been a space for growth, connection, courage, and transformation. This is an in-person experience, rooted in real-time guidance and a community that supports you every step of the way.

Rounding out April with a little more light, a little more warmth, and a lot more intention. Spring energy isn’t just about doing more, it’s about noticing more. The way your breath moves, the way your body opens, the way you arrive on your mat 🧘‍♀️ .
