What’s something you hope students feel when they leave your class? With deep intention, I take time to compose my classes for the purpose of pattern disruption, spiritual alignment and reverence of the heart. I hope that my students will leave with the opportunity to zoom in and out of their human experience for the nourishment of their life’s purpose and the connection to all.
One fun fact about you that students might not know? Something sweet I don’t often share is that I lived in Germany until age 6!
