This month at JAI, we’re practicing seva—selfless service—on and off the mat.

In yoga philosophy, Garuda, the devoted vehicle of Lord Vishnu, represents selfless service, protection, and unwavering devotion. Carrying this spirit into action, all February long we’re collecting donations for Bethlehem Senior Services, supporting elders in our community with care, dignity, and connection.

💛 Donations we’re collecting:
• All non-perishable food items
• Pet food (dog & cat)
• Cleaning products (soap, detergent, bleach, etc.)
• Hygiene products (razors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.)

If you’re able, bring a donation with you to class and be part of the ripple effect. Together, our practice becomes more than movement—it becomes service.

Winter check in ✨❄️

Tomorrow morning classes at Jai are cancelled. A chance to sleep in, move slow, sip something warm, and let winter do what it does best—invite rest. Or invite curiosity , wonder, and PLAY ⛄️
