Also, in our Western culture, a great time to get your workout done for the day! So many benefits come from starting your day off with yoga. Clarity of mind, a fresh perspective, extra grounding and just an overall “feel-good” vibe! Join us to move your body and get into the right state of mind. This is a Vinyasa-style class. Prepare to move and breathe. Level of sweat varies depending on the teacher and their mood. 😉 All levels are welcome.
