1.) Flat 1-Month Unlimited and Week Unlimited may be credited to client’s account for future use OR canceled with a prorated refund that will take up to 30 days to process.
2.) Infinity Members are eligible for month-to-month suspensions based on how long we are closed. Members can also chose to add free month(s) on the end of their memberships to help ease the current financial burden of the studio. This option will only be applicable if members do not utilize their memberships for the portal/Zoom/outdoor classes. Membership cancellations are subject to $175 Early Termination Fee per original agreement. 30 Days notice is required to process either request.
All virtual classes and the Jai On Demand Portal will be included for those who sustain their Infinity Memberships.
3.) Annual Passholders will receive the appropriate extension on the end of their accounts when we reopen. Please make sure to request this in writing upon our re-opening. This option will only be applicable if members do not utilize their memberships for the portal/Zoom/outdoor classes.
4.) 5, 10 and 20 class passes will be appropriately extended based on the amount of time we are closed. Please make sure to request this in writing upon our reopening.
Available on our monthly unlimited plan. Membership and payment automatically renews. Your credit card will be billed once/month depending on level of commitment, after which, you may cancel with a 30 days notice. A 3-month minimum commitment is required and 6 and 12 month memberships are available for an even better deal. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Family Membership, $10 off per person.

For your convenience, gift cards can be purchased online, over the phone, or at our studio by appointment. Gift cards ordered over the phone will be mailed to you within 24 hours.
