Emilia Pawlowski began her yoga practice in 2014. She loves the mental and physical benefits of practicing breathwork and postures. Emilia studied Hatha Yoga and Yoga Therapy with Nancy Candea. Additionally, she studied Anusara yoga with Omni Kitts Ferrara. She teaches a strong flow class that is centered around breath and having fun with mobility work and playful postures.
Emilia is an epidemiologist and loves to snowboard, surf, SUP, hike, skateboard, travel, and rock climb when she isn’t working. The practice of yoga has been an immense joy in her life and she finds that yoga is a great complimentary practice to all of the other physical activities that she enjoys.
