Stephen’s yoga journey began in 2012 when he made a decision to practice yoga as compliment to his active lifestyle. As his practice progressed he began to feel an internal transformation begin to take root in his life. Through guidance, encouragement and gentle persuasion from his teacher Jennilee Toner he took a leap of faith and completed the Hot Warrior Yoga teacher training in 2014.
Stephen believes the mind,body,soul connection is a sacred one. One that should be nurtured and inspired. With this view on life he teaches his classes from the heart creating a safe space for students to explore and expand their own practice.
