Sarah began practicing yoga in her teens and it has remained an important part of her life since then. Following a career in Early Childhood Special Education and School Administration, she completed her 200-hour training at Jai Yoga School and fell in love with the art of teaching Vinyasa Yoga. She also has additional training in Group Fitness, Yin Yoga and Kids Yoga. Sarah enjoys guiding and connecting with all types of students from beginner to advance. She combines asana practice with a connection to the breath and short of meditations in her classes. She provides a welcoming environment for all students and always offers modifications to meet the needs of each student. Sarah lives in Delmar with her husband and two sons.
