Sangha = community and is such an important part of our yoga practice. we need others that our on the same path as us to hold us accountable, keep us grounded and share spiritual support. JAI is proud to offer community classes 4x a week! A community class is an opportunity for every(body) to practice yoga. An all levels class, by donation, is a great opportunity for all folks to get on their mat. No excuses! This Level 1 class is perfect for all yogis, but specifically geared towards the beginner practitioners who are looking to grow and improve their practice. Moving through simple sequences with detailed instructions, this class will empower you to connect the dots of your yoga. Uniting breath and body, you will learn the basics and slowly build heat to break through to your higher self! Expect detailed instruction, simple flows, and a judgement free zone here!
Born out of Taoist Buddhism, Yin Yoga applies the concepts of Chinese acupressure to the bodies dense connective tissues. This practice includes long held postures that gently ease the tightness, stiffness and inflexibility in the soft tissues and joints that can occur from repetitive movement. This approach has the added benefit of opening meridians and increasing the efficiency of energy flow throughout the body. Yin Yoga is seen as a balancing and complementary practice to more Yang forms of exercise (vinyasa, running, cross training, etc.). All levels including those without yoga experience are welcomed.
Strong Vinyasa combines a strong flow while tapping into more advanced postures. The focus in this class is to deeply feel the breath, and allow that breath to guide you as we build strength and journey towards more challenging asana. Be prepared to build a lot a heat and get sweaty!

BarreFlow is designed to give students of all fitness levels a challenging total body workout. While every class follows a similar flowing format, the choreography is continually changing to keep you from reaching a workout plateau. By combining aspects of yoga, pilates, barre fitness and classic strength training, BarreFlow incorporates strength, endurance and flexibility into one invigorating workout. In addition, the smooth transitions between postures will help even the most busy minded student become more present. BarreFlow will help you achieve a balanced body and a quiet mind in only 45 minutes! All classes are the same level as the technique was designed to work for people at all points on their fitness journey. That way, you can choose the class that suits your schedule, rather than being forced to work out at a specific time based on the level of class.
