As the sun sets on the weekend, prepare for the path that awaits to take us into the coming week with a sense of peaceful rejuvenation. A serene beginning will progress to build heat through movement, then transition to calming, meditative poses, and close by candlelight.

Practice by candlelight stokes our internal flame cultivating a sense of self trust and encouragement to melt away negativity and self doubt allowing for personal growth on and off your mat.
